How much does carer matching cost?
We introduce suitable live-in carers. Ongoing payment is agreed separately with the carer. Contact us to discuss our current introduction terms and replacement arrangements.
Direct payment or PAYE administration
Depending on the circumstances, a family may contract directly with a genuinely self-employed carer, or arrange employment with PAYE/payroll administration. Employment status depends on the actual working relationship, not a label.
What Livenza does and does not manage
Our introductory and payroll administration arrangements do not include ongoing direction or supervision of personal care. Families seeking provider-led planning and management should explore our CQC pathway.
